I just have to comment. I did the same thing to my hair, stick it to the shower walls. It looked just like your picture. Freaky. Most of it has fell out now but it took three years for it to thin to the state I'm in now which is thin, thin, thin. I think they make a drug treatment Rogaine that is suppose to halt any additional hair lost. I didn't try the Rogain but I did try a hair & skin vitamin. I can't say that the vitamins did anything. I cut mine, it was long, afterward it looked thicker. But I knew it was just cosmetic. Most of the time, I keep it tied up with no part so it doesn't seem so thin. Another thing that bugged me, at the same time my hair seemed to stop having a nice shiny look. Hot oil to the rescue. Well I hope it will make you feel some what better knowing that there was at least one other women out in internet land sticking her fallen out hair to the shower wall. Best of luck to you.
Hi Caryl, I heard B vitamins and 2 Tablespoons of Black Strap Molasses a day is good for many things including hair loss, though I havn't tried it myself.
